Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and translating these into detailed technical requirements
Communication Facilitation: Act as a bridge between the business side and the development team to ensure clear and effective communication
Solution Design: Assist in designing solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness
Project Management Support: Help to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the developed applications meet the specified requirements and are free of defects
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes, requirements, and changes
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interact with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met throughout the project lifecycle
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the developed applications
Qualifications:
Great written and verbal communications
Good research and analysis skills
Ability to work independently as well as in teams
Self-motivated
Time management skills
Customer relationship management
Experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions
B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
2 years working as a business analyst or similar type position
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of relevant technologies, software development processes, and tools
Problem-Solving: Resourcefulness and creativity in finding solutions to business challenges
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and project requirements
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
