Location: PA-West Chester, Hybrid 3-4 days on site

As a Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Build/Deploy Infrastructure (Primarily Windows-based infrastructure):
Build and deploy infrastructure
Image new servers, reimage, and redeploy servers
Ensure secure configurations are in place
Work with cybersecurity teams to implement or troubleshoot secure configurations where needed
Cloud Management
Deploy, manage, optimize, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure
Decom end-of-life infrastructure
Security and Technical Hygiene:
Collaborate with broader technical and security teams to ensure all infrastructure environments adhere to relevant cybersecurity standards and security controls are in place
Configure servers to ensure vulnerability scanning is occurring
Ensure security logging is enabled
Perform monthly patching and vulnerability management updates
Troubleshooting and Support
Provide troubleshooting and support for infrastructure related issues
Work closely with application support teams to coordinate change tickets and updates
Monitoring and Optimization
Implement monitoring solutions, assist with performance tuning, and ensure systems have redundancy, efficiency, and high availability
Qualifications:
5 years hands-on experience supporting on-prem and cloud Infrastructure
Windows server experience a must, other OS highly desirable
Experience with physical security technologies such as PAC controllers, video management systems, PIAM solutions and/or vendor experience with Genetec, AMAG, HID highly desirable
Knowledge of networking concepts such as VPN, load balancing, and DNS in the cloud
Experience and advanced understanding of cloud requirements around storage, networking, and security best practices
Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting technology such as Grafana, Datadog, or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $95,000 or the hourly equivalent.
