Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable user stories to support product development
Collaborate with service design teams to identify and resolve friction points along the customer journey, ensuring seamless user experiences
Develop relationship maps, interaction models, and key personas to enhance business processes and optimize user experiences
Work closely with the Process Excellence team to break down complex business challenges into digestible, actionable components
Utilize product and business analysis skills to organize requirements into structured themes, user stories, and detailed product roadmaps
Understand and apply basic principles of product operating models to ensure that business goals are executed in a structured and effective manner
Assist in goal setting and prioritization, ensuring product initiatives are aligned with customer-focused OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in product or business analysis, ideally within an Agile enterprise environment
Strong ability to decompose complex requirements into structured themes and actionable user stories
Familiarity with customer journey mapping, interaction models, and process improvement methodologies
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with service design, process excellence, and other cross-functional teams
Understanding of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and how they align with business objectives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
