Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Quality and Testing Advisor, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Seeking a Quality and Testing Advisor to design strategy for end-to-end test efforts including the testing roadmap, data plan, execution approach, communication cadence, and identification of risks/dependencies
Responsibilities:
Work with the assigned testing points of contacts and TPO's, facilitate successful cross-functional coordination across all teams
Align with company and other health plan clients regarding the recommended strategy, approach, and test scenarios to ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing is completed
Execute all the required testing efforts (System, functional, integration, E2E and regression)
Manage all end-to-end testing efforts and provide E2E status reporting
Socialize, escalate, and assist in remediation of project issues/risks, dependencies, and questions
Manage multiple assignments with deadlines
Provide guidance to team members for quality improvements and best practices
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge Software Testing Life Cycle starting from requirement analysis, functional test design and execution, and exposure to automation etc.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical, team handling, and task management skills
Self-directed, highly adaptive to changing priorities, innovative thinking, and possessing a keen eye for detail
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
JIRA, Agile (Scrum / Kanban), Cucumber, TestNg and other automation testing framework
Functional, E2E, and Regression testing
Integration, Performance, and Security testing
DB2 mainframe testing
The salary range for this role is $96,200 to $102,600 or the hourly equivalent.
