What You Do:
(Duties/Responsibilities)
- System Management: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and configuration of ADP to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and security.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between HRIS systems and other HR-related tools and systems.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve HR processes, workflows, and reporting through ADP, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
- Data Analysis:
- Utilize HRIS data to provide insights into employee lifecycle, retention rates, turnover, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.
- Conduct predictive analysis using historical HR data to forecast trends and potential HR needs (e.g., workforce planning, turnover, hiring demand).
- Develop and maintain custom dashboards for HR stakeholders to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify actionable trends across recruitment, performance, and employee engagement.
- Analyze employee data for compensation and benefits planning, performance reviews, and promotions to ensure equitable practices.
- Design and run ad-hoc queries to extract HR-related data for departmental and organizational reporting.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations) to integrate HRIS data with financial data for budget forecasting, compensation analysis, and other business initiatives.
- Provide insights into diversity and inclusion metrics and help HR leadership strategize on diversity initiatives.
- Identify areas where HRIS reporting can be automated, streamlining processes to enhance data quality and reduce manual effort.
- Compliance: Ensure HRIS systems comply with data privacy regulations and company policies, maintaining data accuracy and security.
- Training and Support: Develop and provide training programs for the HR team to maximize their use of ADP, and provide ongoing support as needed.
- System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, coordinate with vendors, and manage system upgrades and implementations.
- Reporting: Design, develop, and automate comprehensive HRIS reports, ensuring data is presented in an insightful, user-friendly manner.
- User Support: Act as a primary point of contact for HRIS users, providing technical support and troubleshooting as required.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation on system processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure effective knowledge transfer and compliance with internal standards.
- Vendor Management: Work with ADP and other third-party vendors to resolve system-related issues, discuss product updates, and manage service contracts.
- System Testing: Manage testing for system updates, upgrades, and patches, ensuring they align with the company’s needs and processes.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts for HRIS-related system changes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and prepared for system updates or process shifts.
- Strategic Projects: Participate in the implementation of strategic HRIS projects, contributing to the success of HR technology initiatives across the organization.
- Security and Audits: Regularly perform system audits and risk assessments to ensure data integrity and security are maintained in alignment with best practices.
- Employee Document Management: Ensure employee documents, including contracts, certifications, performance evaluations, and other HR-related documents, are kept up to date in the HRIS system, complying with company and legal requirements.
- Audit and Compliance Reviews: Conduct periodic audits of employee records and system data to ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Address discrepancies and work with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Hiring: Oversee the ADP hiring module, ensuring the smooth execution of new hire data entry, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Light Payroll Review: Perform light payroll review tasks within ADP to ensure data accuracy, resolving discrepancies before payroll processing, and assisting the payroll team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and implement an employee-facing HRIS dashboard landing page, providing a centralized view of key HR-related information for employees, such as benefits, payroll, performance reviews, and training opportunities. Ensure the page is user-friendly, visually appealing, and updated regularly.

What You Bring to the Table:
(Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 2-5 years in HRIS management, within ADP Workforce Now Nationals
- Deep expertise in ADP reporting capabilities, implementations, data & analytics
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows, HR data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Ability to translate complex HRIS data into actionable insights for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of HRIS architecture and ability to manage integrations with various HR tools and systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing data and ensuring compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and other business units, providing expert guidance on HRIS usage and improvements.
- Proven track record of managing complex HRIS projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal HR users and other stakeholders.
