Our client is seeking a talented Product Owner to join a growing SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our IAM product offerings while leveraging your technical expertise to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy
- Prioritize product backlog items
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Analyze system logs to identify issues, trends, and opportunities
- Generate and interpret metrics, reports, and dashboards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Conduct customer interviews and gather requirements to inform product development
- Present product demos and updates to customers, addressing technical questions Cross-functional
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
