Contract to Hire Role
Hybrid role in Canton, MA
2 days/week onsite required.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects aimed at mitigating organizational risk and maximizing strategic opportunities. You will oversee all phases of the project management lifecycle for complex, high-risk projects, typically spanning 6-18 months and often involving collaboration with external vendors.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Drive successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects.
Mitigate organizational risk and maximize strategic opportunities.
Manage all phases of project lifecycle for complex, high-risk projects.
Implement project management tools and methodologies.
Evaluate cost and feasibility of multiple options to resolve project issues.
Manage project budgets.
Organize teams across business and technology.
Develop relationships and navigate political issues.
Perform strategic analysis and risk mitigation.
Proactively identify conflict and integration issues.
Remove obstacles by anticipating challenges.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
10-15 years of project management experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience in process management.
Proven Risk Management experience; ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or other formal improvement techniques.
Proven track record of meeting project deadlines with successful outcomes.
Experience interacting and presenting weekly to leadership (VP, SVP, CXO),
Desired skills:
Prior Heath Care Payor business and/or health insurance operations experience desired
Experience with Affordability of Care (AOC) and Total Cost of Care (TCOC) desired
Salary : $60 - $65
