Senior Sales Manager
Fulltime role (West Coast remote)
Our client offers orchestration and automation solutions that transform business IT environments from simple IT task automation into sophisticated, real-time business service orchestration. This global company has representation and support throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and works with the worlds largest financial, manufacturing, healthcare, travel, transportation, energy, and technology institutions.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for this team .As a Senior Sales Manager, you may manage strategic accounts and new inbound leads in the US. We are seeking candidates with a strong sales acumen, and experience selling B2B and SaaS solutions. You must demonstrate an ability to interact with customers and prospects at all levels of management. Position includes a sales quota with incentives.
This is a remote position; candidates must be located within the Pacific Time Zone. Some travel will be required.This position will report to their Vice President.
Develop and present value propositions and business cases to prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts, maximize revenue and value
Understand and explain complex Workload Automation products and their functionality & fit within the customers IT environment.
Work with and effectively manage the sales process.
Position the brand and products within strategic customers.
Effective account development, ability to plan strategies and develop a sales pipeline.
Effective prospecting skills.
High energy, self-sufficient and a team player mentality.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, MBA preferred
10 years of experience in software sales, preferably WLA, SOAP, or SaaS products.
Solution Value Selling skills : TCO and ROI based sales models.
Demonstrated proficiency with basic office software including Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 suite.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive abilities.
Ability to work well with team members including managers, systems engineers, HR and accounting.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
