Job Requirements:
- High School diploma/equivalent or higher.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass background checks
Responsibilities:
- At Turnbridge, safety is our number one priority. As staff you will be responsible for ensuring safety of the clients.
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Responding to emergency situations
- Transporting client to appointments
- Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
Our staff help maintain a healthy and sober environment in which clients can grow and develop a new set of skills to use in their everyday life. You will form meaningful connections with clients to support them on their path to recovery and well-being.
We expect our staff to promote a healthier way of living and to be understanding of certain setbacks our clients may have. Quality of care is extremely important.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
