Responsibilities

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to better assist customers with accurate information.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the companys CRM system.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer support strategies.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure problems are resolved and client satisfaction is maintained.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
