What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Turner Brothers Real Estate?
Looking for a full-time maintenance technician for a busy property management company. Duties include organizing work orders, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, texture, appliance repair, grounds keeping, cleaning, trash pick-up, and much more! Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. Certifications and experience a plus. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-6:00 and available nights and weekends when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
