Job Overview:
- Prepare daily buffet menus with a focus on local and southern cuisine
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Operate autonomously and collaborate effectively with team members
- Maintain Recipe Book, noting allergens
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Plan out and organize menu items on a daily basis
- Keep buffet replenished and appealing
- Assist in breakdown of buffet at end of shift or event
