The Sales Role
As a full-time Sales Consultant, you’ll receive comprehensive training on our diverse product range, equipping you to deliver compelling sales negotiations and build lasting customer relationships. Our hands-on training will enhance your communication skills, negotiation techniques, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive sales presentations, showcasing our diverse range of high-quality furniture.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to refine your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
- Contribute to team success through collaboration and mentorship.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence in public speaking.
- Self-motivated and career-driven with a passion for continuous learning.
- Outgoing personality with a knack for connecting with people.
- A background or interest in commission sales is a plus; a BA/BS is preferred but not required.

Part-Time Schedule Requirements: All part-time employees are required to work a minimum schedule of every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and two evening shifts per week. Evening shifts will have a varying start time but will end at 8:00 PM. Specific evening shift schedules will be assigned based on availability and business needs. Additional shifts may be available based on performance and scheduling preferences.
