What You’ll Do:
As an Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our showroom operations, ensuring seamless financial processes, outstanding customer service, and smooth office administration. Your role will include:
Finance & Operations:
- Oversee daily bank deposits and credit approvals
- Train office and sales employees on payment and financing procedures
- Manage credit card chargebacks, collections, and past-due payments
- Monitor sales orders, credits, and purchase orders
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive showroom experience
- Verify deliveries and handle customer inquiries
- Support sales associates with any office-related needs
Administration & Leadership:
- Supervise and schedule the office team
- Manage employee records, payroll approvals, and office supplies
- Assist with store openings and closings
- Collaborate with showroom managers to ensure an efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Ability to stand/walk up to 10 hours per day and lift/push up to 20 lbs
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends & holidays
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screenings
