What You’ll Do:
- Craft Creative Displays: Plan and build stunning visual displays that make our store shine and follow the floor plan.
- Design Showrooms: Produce everything from marketing signage and interior displays to floor plans and special promotions.
- Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest lifestyle and design trends.
- Team Player: Collaborate with store associates to ensure our displays are top-notch and contribute to our success.
- Assist & Train: Help our sales staff with customers and train them on using our accessories.
- Maintain & Organize: Keep our floor displays fresh and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Great interpersonal skills and a knack for delivering stellar customer service.
- Multitasker: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proprietary software.
- Design Enthusiast: Energetic about designing innovative ways to captivate customers.
- Diagram Reader: Ability to read and interpret various diagrams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of visual merchandising experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None required, but you'll guide warehouse employees as needed.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Indoors.
- Physical Activity: Prolonged sitting/standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasional lifting of atleast 20 pounds.
Expected Hours of Work:
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Travel:
- Travel to retail stores and distribution centers as needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license
