As a full-time Outside Sales Representative (Estimator), your primary responsibility will be to meet and develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners within Connecticut. This is a base pay with uncapped commission position, where your earnings will be based on your experience and success rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our primary product lines.
- Stay true to your training and deliver interactive sales information to homeowners.
- Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training sessions weekly.
- Meet with homeowners at their homes to discuss our products and services.
- Check-in with the office and Sales Manager.
- Write estimates and close sales.
- Attend lead generating events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong follow-up skills and organizational abilities with a desire to be successful.
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required.
- No prior experience in home improvements needed; we will provide comprehensive training.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ideal candidate lives in and is familiar with Connecticut.
