Crane Operator

Turner Industries Group seeking an experienced NCCCO or NCCER Crane Operator for long term Maintenance work in Pasadena, TX. This is a small site, requiring a willingness to operate cranes, dirt equipment, and forklifts as well as help with other crafts when not operating equipment. (Site will train on individual pieces of Dirt Equipment)

• NCCCO or NCCER Certification for both small hydraulic cranes required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Per diem and relocation are not available for this position. the successful candidate will be local to the Houston area.
• Candidates must be available to work extended hours and answer callouts as needed.
• Must be willing to run multiple pieces of equipment such as a fixed-cab neckbreaker, backhoe, trackhoe, forklifts, and help with other crafts when not operating a crane.

Functional Requirements:

Moves hand and foot levers to control diesel, electric, gasoline or steam-powered operating equipment; interprets hand signals to determine where materials are to be placed; reads and interprets load charts; may assemble or disassemble equipment or material on construction projects; may be required to manipulate equipment on un-level working surfaces; may perform maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing and oiling machines/equipment.
