Turner Industries is currently seeking Oilers to work with our Equipment Group based in Pasadena, TX. These employees will travel with equipment to perform maintenance activities, do general labor in the Equipment yard, and are long-term positions for someone looking to move into Rigging or to operating a crane. There is no per diem or relocation assistance associated with these positions - the successful candidates will be local.

General Job Description:
Assist skilled construction workers in performing their assigned duties. Worker may perform a large
variety of duties.
Functional Requirements:
Employee may perform one or more of the following duties: digs, spreads and levels dirt and gravel;
lifts, carries and holds building materials, tools and supplies; cleans tools, equipment, materials and
work areas; mixes, spreads or pours concrete, asphalt, gravel or other materials; joins, wraps and
seals sections of pipe; performs a variety of non-machine tasks, such as removing forms from set
concrete, filling expansion joints with asphalt, placing culvert sections in trench, etc.; spends time on one job or may be transferred from task to task as the project progresses to completion.

Physical Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds structures, etc.; reaching in all
directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes,
hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lifting 30 to 50 pounds from ground level, waist
level, and/or overhead; carrying objects, tools, equipment, etc.; standing; sitting; walking; pushing;
pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting; crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction.
Mental Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: following set procedures and standards; applying
basic mathematical skills; selecting proper tools; repeating tasks of short duration according to a set
procedure; performing a variety of duties which may often change; following oral and/or written
directions; reading; writing; ability to recognize and report safety hazards.
