Job Summary:
Turner Mining Group seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveying Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of surveyors and technicians to collect and process data for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the surveying team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed, including assistance with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software tools.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure that all project requirements are met, including preparation of bid documents and estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and communication.
Requirements:
• A High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional training in surveying practices and equipment use preferred.
• Minimum five years of related experience in surveying and construction management, with a focus on leadership and team management.
• Strong understanding of geomatics principles and surveying practices, including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes, including working outside in various weather conditions.
