Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix.
Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
Build and maintain customer contacts, both new and existing to ensure sales goals are met.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Local travel required within local territory or state.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Previous sales experience required
Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.
Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
High School diploma or GED required
Must possess valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards
Required Skills
Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully
Regular and punctual attendance
Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service
Preferred Skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Industry licensed in accordance with state regulations
Physical Requirements
Extensive driving and walking
Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers
Ability to work long hours as needed
