This is a unique dual role where the right candidate will combine grassroots business development with the leadership needed to build and maintain a high-performing service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
- Engage in grassroots business development to open doors to new opportunities and foster lasting relationships within the community.
- Ensure the team meets performance and customer service goals while upholding Turner Pest Control’s reputation for quality and reliability.
- Monitor and manage branch operations, including service quality, scheduling, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and leadership
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve performance goals.
- Strong organizational and operational management skills.
- Deep understanding of the Ft. Lauderdale market or the ability to quickly adapt.
