Job Overview
The Service Manager will play a dual role in driving sales growth and overseeing pest operations within the assigned service area. This leadership position requires a blend of operational expertise and sales acumen to achieve branch objectives, foster customer satisfaction, and support team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Strategy
Serve as the primary driver of sales and revenue growth within the service area.
- Operational Management
Oversee pest control services, including GHP (General Household Pest), Lawn, and Trelona installations.
- Quality Assurance
Prepare and execute action plans to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service standards
- Team Development
Administer, train, and coach technicians to improve performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Administrative Support
Actively participate in branch operations, offering feedback and insights to enhance team performance and service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably within a service-based industry.
- Perform install services of services that are sold.
- Strong operational knowledge of pest control services, including GHP, Lawn, and Trelona installations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team toward achieving organizational goals.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Must live within the assigned service area to ensure effective oversight.
- Minimum 2 years in the pest control industry
- Must hold a state issued appropriate pest control registrations, licenses, and certifications or the ability to obtain within 90 days of assuming the role
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, PestPac, etc.
- Availability to work some weekends
