We are seeking a Wildlife Technician who is ready to join our family and help continue our company growth!
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. While supported by an incredible team of pest management professionals, our technicians work independently throughout the day. If you enjoy being on the go, learning something new every day, and interacting with a variety of customers, this position might be just what you have been searching for.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Abide regulations by FL Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and O.S.H.A.
- Climbing ladders of various heights with safety equipment and materials.
- Operating power tools to apply materials to job specifications.
- Translating blueprints to real world application Trapping and catching wildlife under Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and company guidelines.
- Able to safely traverse rooftops and tight spaces alike.
- Gain an understanding of wildlife habit and identify signs of activity.
- Use modern technology to communicate with customers and coworkers.
- Work in a team environment with a positive attitude .
- Troubleshooting construction flaws and identifying small entry points with intent to repair and seal.
- Following directive from leadership to accomplish company goals.
- Maintaining punctuality with the ability to work within a given appointment time frame.
- Ability to operate various company vehicles
