Responsibilities

- Inspect properties for potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on job assignments.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
