Responsibilities
- Lead a Sales Team of 12 team players.
- Display disciplined selling behaviors by taking equal opportunities in the defined "UP SYSTEM". This is a "Selling Manager" role.
- Assist team players, real time, by getting involved when they are struggling to break down guest resistance or when they are struggling to overcome objections.
- Identify areas of opportunity for each associate to enhance his/her guests' experiences.
- Growing the showroom's business by maintaining a high-level of floor awareness.
- Managing Turner's defined sales process with Team Players ensuring associates break down guest resistance, establish trust, demonstrate value, over come objections with empathy and asking for the sale.
- Partnering with the Store Manager to ensure all transactions are clean; ensuring complete satisfaction upon delivery of goods.
- Conduct formal 1-on-1 coaching with team players maintaining high-levels of accountability.
