Job Description
Turner & Townsend are hiring a motivated and personable Time Coordinator to provide incredible support to our leadership while having the opportunity to create an impact for yourself.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, creative, proactive, a quick learner, highly organized and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision.
*Camps 14/14 schedule
Key Accountabilities
- Provides trip scheduling and coordination support for Company.
- Requires ongoing interaction across a broad network of customers, internal and external resources and service providers to ensure consistently outstanding pre-trip planning, real-time trip support and post-trip reviews for quality assurance.
- Coordinates requests for aircraft trips and scheduling aircraft in a flight operations system (FOS-NT), including tracking aircraft maintenance schedules and availability.
- Knowledge with Garmin satellite tracking systems for tracking aircraft locations and uploading/downloading tracking data.
- Position is on the North Slope with a rotating schedule of 7 days on 7 days off or 14 days on 14 days off to be determined.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Understands advanced aspects of discipline and is viewed as an expert in a given field.
- Applies broad range of competencies to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Influences others to achieve objectives.
- Often provides specialized/technical/functional guidance to others within department and/or business asset.
