Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Previous experience in automotive service writing or related fields is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
