Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Schedule appointments for the service department, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Follow up on internet leads, customer inquiries, and previous appointments to maintain engagement and encourage further action.
- Maintain and update customer records in the dealership management system, ensuring accurate and detailed information.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure that all customer needs are met, and to support dealership goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Provide information about current promotions and dealership services to potential and existing customers.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including appointment conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores.
