What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician position at Turning Leaf Behavioral Health Services?
We are looking for a Facilities Technician to join our team!
Position Summary:
Provide oversight of interior and exterior inspection and maintenance of residential facilities, grounds, and equipment. Works in conjunction with the Program Administrator. Provide assistance to employed and or contracted facilities technicians when necessary. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of assigned Turning Leaf sites. Provide excellent customer service and communication to residents, tenants, and employees of respective sites.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience working within a relevant field or position. Working knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, appliances, vehicles, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, drywall, boilers, as well as grounds maintenance preferred. Ability to pass a physical examination, TB test and have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Compensation: Salaries are competitively aligned and vary based on job classification, education, and relative experience. Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. This position will require frequent travel to locations within the region set by the Facilities Manager.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
