**Your Role:** As a High School Science Teacher, you will: Inspire learning and growth through engaging classroom instruction aligned with lesson plans. - Create a welcoming and dynamic classroom environment that resonates with the interests and maturity of our students. - Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive space where self-discipline and responsibility thrive. - Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and insights into student progress. - Supervise and mentor students with a caring and attentive approach.
**What We’re Looking For:** To thrive in this position, you should have: - A Bachelor’s degree and a valid teaching certificate. - A knack for building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information effectively. - Basic mathematical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving. - A passion for implementing lessons that meet the diverse needs of student learners.
**Physical Requirements:** You should be prepared to engage with students actively, which means speaking, walking, and sometimes climbing, kneeling, or crouching. You may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and conduct activities both indoors and outdoors in a variety of settings.
