Using Dr. Jeremiah’s teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God’s Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point’s various media channels.

Position Summary:
The Data Support Specialist reports directly to the Director of Information Services. This position performs IT-related operational processes per assignment, schedule, and specifications. Executes reports as assigned.
Essential Functions:
- Scrub and process orders from the web, mail, and external call centers into Studio Enterprise
- Create and maintain spreadsheets & reports
- Process Bi-monthly Autopay
- Handle order cancellations & duplicates
- Keep all documentation up to date
- CC5 Auto-giving
- Email Clean up
- Credit Card Segmentation
- Checking CC/EFT Output and SE Portfolio
Other Duties:
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in understanding assigned operational processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Must be able to follow complex Boolean logic sequences and know resident data sufficiently for self-checking extracts and reports for accuracy
Education:
- Associate's degree in data processing or equivalent experience
