This temporary HRIS Analyst role is focused on enhancing the existing Paycom system by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing automated workflows to streamline HR processes. The analyst will assess current system functionality, collect and analyze data, generate reports, and recommend enhancements to optimize efficiency. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role will collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate data entry and seamless system operation while developing solutions that drive automation and long-term improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management:

Maintaining data integrity within the HRIS by performing regular data audits and cleansing activities.

Ensuring accurate data entry and updating employee information across the system.

Managing data imports and exports from other systems.
System Administration:

Configuring and customizing the HRIS system to meet specific organizational needs.

Implementing system upgrades and updates, including testing and rollout.

Troubleshooting technical issues within the HRIS.
Reporting and Analysis:

Developing and running complex data queries to extract relevant information from the HRIS.

Creating insightful reports and dashboards to visualize key HR metrics like employee turnover, performance trends, and workforce demographics.

Collaboration and Support:

Working closely with the HR Director to understand the organization's data needs and provide training on utilizing the HRIS system.

Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)

Education and Experience:
