- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, providing family intervention as needed
- Formulating treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Tracking and maintaining patient records
- Actively participating in treatment team meetings
- Developing comprehensive discharge plans for clients completing the program
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a chemical dependency treatment or related setting
- An active license as a LSAA, LADAC, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, or similar
- If recovering from addictions, 3 years of continuous sobriety
- Master's Degree
