We provide the best possible treatment in collaboration with researchers, physicians, clinicians and peers to provide community, health, and wellness-based recovery programming at all levels of care.
This is a hybrid role of 2 days/week in office.
Position Summary:
The Financial Assistant will perform administrative and financial tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s finance department.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Position Summary:
The Financial Assistant will perform administrative and financial tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s finance department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs account reconciliations.
- Coordinates individual copay collections
- Prepares various reports and reconciliations
- Cross-train on billing to provide backup as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Excel and in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Associates in related field a plus
- Bookkeeping skills Required
- Experience with QuickBooks is Required
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
