The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.
Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the COO, will develop and implement of strategic HR initiatives that support growth and development of the company.
- Provide HR leadership, direction, guidance / mentoring, and coaching to all HR leaders - setting clear expectations across the board within the organization
- Responsible for HR KPI’s and action plans to achieve operating results
- Work with recruiting vendors to select and negotiate recruiting contract terms
- Owner of talent management, development and engagement activities.
- Lead various core annual programs including, but not limited to : benefits open enrollment, wellness events, leadership development training, compensation planning, performance management and succession planning
- Responsible for management of corporate-wide handbook and HR processes and procedures
- Responsible to the drive continuous improvement mindset within the department and partner to promote the CI culture within the facility
- Act as Global HR Team Member and lead / support projects as applicable
- Provide strategic partnering with the leadership team in the cultural evolution of the business
- Lead all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, total rewards and compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including EEO and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business plans and HR strategies
- Assess and manage human resource risks, including employee turnover and legal compliance
- Lead initiatives for organizational development, including change management and succession planning
- Develop and implement strategies for compensation optimization
- Provide strategic HR input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization
