Our trained behavior technicians (BTs) provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals diagnosed with autism under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA. With this position, you'll be working in-home with families, implementing ABA programs, training BTs on implementation of said programs, and establishing parent training opportunities in order to promote generalization of programming, maintenance, and carryover of acquisition skills.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Job Responsibilities under Lead BCBA Supervision:
-Assist Lead Clinical Director BCBA conducting evaluation using tools such as VB-MAPP, the Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS), FAST, and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III
- Assist with Design positive behavioral skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
- Assist monitoringprogress of BIP, and reassessments
· Assist and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
· Train parents, caregivers and ABA technicians who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
· Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
- Assign and create session materials for clients
- Attend paid staff weekly with supervising BCBA

Requirements:
· Must have a current BCaBA Certification
· Bachelor's Degree in ABA or related field preferred(Psychology, Education, Special Education)
· Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
· Must be able to travel once a week to areas :Cypress, Houston, Humble
· Previous ABA Experience
· Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
· Meets all BACB supervision requirements
