What you will do as a Service Bartender:
- Service Bartender ensures beer, soda and paper products are appropriately stocked. Ensures that bar area is supplied with menu items.
- Properly washes all bar dishes used during assigned shift.
- Consistently keeps bar area clean. Cleans top of bar and polishes stainless steel on a regular basis. Always maintains department’s safety/sanitation standards.
- Always enters drink orders into the P.O.S. system in an organized and accurate method.
To be successful as a Service Bartender, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system.
- Previous Food & Beverage bartender experience; alcohol beverage service preferred.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 100 lbs.
