What You Will Do As a Barista
- Prepare various coffee drink and food items according to the recipe and standards.
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling F&B items to either guests or employees and informs guests of casino facilities and their location.
- Continually operate cash register and accepts payment for F&B product(s) ensuring accuracy when making change
- Always be extremely responsive to guest's questions regarding food items, prices, methods of preparation, items on sale and availability of various F&B products.
- Consistently adhere to all PPC policies and NYSLA Laws.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Barista, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; the ability to speak English is a must.
- Previous Bartending/Barista experience along with previous Food and Beverage or guest service experience is a plus.
- The ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system. Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change.
- The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
