Starting Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr

What you will do as a Building Superintendent:
- Complete daily work orders in the areas of carpentry, plumbing, heating and electrical.
- Perform landscaping duties including lawn mowing, weed eating and trimming.
- Responsible for removing snow from walkways and other areas.
- Coordinate warranty work done by outside vendors.
- Perform light duty clean up and event set-up and take-down as needed.
To be successful as a Building Superintendent, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Strong background in carpentry, plumbing, heating and electrical.
- 8-10 years of work experience in grounds and building maintenance.
- Valid driver's license, with no restrictions.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41-50 pounds.
