Responsibilities

• Plans, writes and edits content with clear, compelling messaging, including social media posts, video scripts, website content, blog posts, team member profiles, letters, memos, email and more to be distributed across a variety of channels.
• Ideates creative concepts for internal communications content that aligns with organizational priorities and drives team member engagement.
• Ensures internal communications messaging is consistent and accurate across our organization.
• Clearly communicates complex ideas and initiatives in accessible messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
• Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and tools.
