Energizes and leads Kitchen Technicians, schedules shifts, and collaborates with TS Stewarding. Champions safety protocols and Company Safety Policy. Keeps the jobsite safe and organized, conducts inspections, and completes reports. Adheres to NFPA 96 and ANSI regulations. Enthusiastically trains new employees and ensures certifications.

What does a Kitchen Cleaning Supervisor do?
- Expert in NFPA 96 and ANSI regulations, PPE, and chemical safety.
- Trains, directs, motivates, and oversees Kitchen Technicians, serving as a role model within and outside the Company.
- Skilled in unhooking gas lines, troubleshooting/repairing kitchen and cleaning equipment, re-lighting kitchen equipment, and returning equipment to its original location.
- Proficient in accurately writing and maintaining records, equipment logs, inspection logs, and reports.
To succeed as a Kitchen Cleaning Supervisor, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of fire prevention kitchen maintenance experience.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- PECT and OSHA 10 Certification.
- Strong understanding of NFPA 96 and ANSI standards for inspecting commercial kitchen exhaust systems.
- Ability to operate Kaivac and pressure washer daily.
- Mechanical skills to disconnect and reconnect kitchen equipment.
- Valid NYS driver's license.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
