Starting Pay Range: $20.50 - $23/hr with $1,500 sign-on bonus.

The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry for Nation buildings.

What does a Maintenance Technician do:
- Performs daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair work orders for Nation Buildings
- Conducts initial first line troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, performs electrical work including installations up to 120 volts, lighting repairs, etc., troubleshooting and repair of plumbing systems
- Participates in remodeling projects which may require light carpentry, painting, minor electrical and finish restoration.
To be successful as a Maintenance Technician, you'll need:
- A valid New York State Driver’s license.
- Previous property maintenance work experience (i.e. electrical/plumbing/HVAC/light carpentry or painting, etc.)
- Previous experience working in a Commercial Building environment.
