What does a Food runner do?
- Food Runner provides prompt and courteous food and beverage services by bringing food to table in a timely manner. Personally, serving guest their meals.
- Up sells food and beverages within the restaurant.
- Effectively communicates with the food server regarding guests’ needs.
To be successful as a Food runner, you'll need:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 45 pounds.
