This is an on site position located in Oneida, NY.

What does a Revenue Cycle Business Office Supervisor do?

• Oversee PRC and Business Operations for Health Services including the supervision and development of staff.
• Process all claims and purchase orders for inpatient services, durable medical equipment, and any other PRC eligible services using the Medicare Rate pricing requirements in a timely manner.
• Accurately maintain a log of all PRC claims received and/or paid, while coordinating these claims alongside the AIHP Billing Specialist to ensure proper processing.
• Educate and work with health center patients, clients, clinical staff and outside providers relating to PRC and AIHP billing and reimbursement guidelines.
• Update and maintain the RPMS patient and vendor files, referrals and budget in PRC and RCIS.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Revenue Cycle Business Supervisor, you'll need:

• An associate’s degree in a business or health-related field of study, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Knowledge and experience with Medicare/Medicaid rules and regulations
• Knowledge and experience with PRC requirements and processes.
• Knowledge and experience with enrollment/eligibility requirements within an Indian Health Services facility.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and record retention compliance.
• Knowledge of electronic health record and medical office practice.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 10 lbs.
