Your Day-to-Day As a Security Officer With Us

• Respect for the authority of base and command officers by promptly and professionally complying with their direction.
• Thoroughly control access to restricted areas in a professional and courteous manner.
• Report all irregular activity immediately (safety hazards, violations, criminal activity, sleepers, and panhandlers).
• Work closely with other law enforcement agencies when required to maintain law and order.

To Be Successful as a Security Officer, You’ll Need:

• A valid New York State Driver’s License.
• A High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable certifications.
• Ability to work under stressful and time-sensitive requirements.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 21-30 pounds.
