Code Enforcement Officer

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and integrity of buildings and properties within the Oneida Indian Nation.

Under the guidance of the Senior Code Enforcement Officer Manager, you will review permit applications, construction plans, and site designs to ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety regulations, and zoning standards.

You will conduct regular inspections of construction sites and occupied buildings, identifying potential violations, providing detailed reports, and recommending solutions to maintain compliance.

Serving as a key resource, you will offer guidance to residents, businesses, and Nation entities, helping uphold community standards and promote a safe, well-regulated environment.
