Day Shift

Join our team as a Summer Youth Assistant and make a difference in the lives of young participants! In this role, you'll help organize and lead engaging activities, assist with program coordination, and provide support to ensure a fun, safe, and enriching summer experience.

What does a Summer Youth Assistant do?

• Provides oversight of program activities and volunteers when necessary.
• Demonstrates mature judgment, appropriate role modeling and clear standards of behavior.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Summer Youth Assistant, you'll need:

• Minimum one year working with children in an educational, recreational or social service setting.
• High School Diploma or Equivalency required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to work entire six-week summer schedule.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 75 pounds.
