What you will do as a Bell Person:

• Receive guests courteously, extend a warm welcome to the Hotel, and graciously accompany them to their designated accommodations.
• Demonstrate careful and conscientious handling of guest luggage, prioritizing the prevention of any potential damage to both the luggage and its contents.
• Efficiently respond to incoming telephone calls at the bell desk with promptness and professionalism.

To be successful as a Bell Person, you'll need:

• Experience in a guest contact position.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy luggage up to 100 pounds to place onto a bell cart.
• Experience in a guest service role.
