Position Summary:
The Clinical AI Prompt Analyst uses clinical knowledge and expertise to interpret TurningPoint policy into the timely delivery of new prompts. This role performs analysis of prompt performance, data setup and change tasks so to create tools for the organization to utilize operationally. This position is within the AI Operations team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interprets clinical policy to develop data structures and text prompts for LLMs to ensure they are accurate and relevant for various healthcare applications
- Monitor and analyze prompt performance to identify areas for improvement
- Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and data scientists to ensure prompt alignment with company goals and user needs
- Create thorough datasets to validate and train AI models for MSK/Spine/Cardio clinical procedures
Education, Experience and Licensure:
- Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Required.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience required in healthcare, such as in utilization management, outpatient clinics/surgery centers, critical care, or ICU.
- Ability to quickly learn and be proficient in creating Algorithms
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with data structures a serious plus
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask; commitment to customer service; ability to problem solve
- Willingness to work and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment
- Eager and fast learner and willingness to self-teach skills needed to complete projects
