Parts and Inventory Coordinator
Turnkey Automotive Solutions, located in Conshohocken, PA, is looking for a full time Parts and Inventory Coordinator.
Turnkey is a leading provider of commercial car wash products, installation, and support in the commercial car wash industry.
The Parts and Inventory Coordinator job responsibilities will range from ordering and receiving parts and equipment, to inventory management, and accepting other responsibilities in a small office of 3 employees.
Flexible schedule is available following training period. Office based, work from home not available for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES for the Parts and Inventory Coordinator:
*Data entry.
*Inventory management.
*Responsible for purchasing job supplies, materials, construction equipment, replacement and repair parts, lease equipment and subcontracts.
*Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, warranty and returns.
*Coordinate the receiving of materials.
*Direct customer and vendor interaction via telephone and email.
*Create estimates and proposals for customers.
*Coordinator for company vehicles including maintenance/repair.
*Assist Office Manager with new employee onboarding, including assisting employees with health insurance and other benefits.
*Assist Office Manager with creation of marketing plans and materials.
*Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
*Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS for the Parts and Inventory Coordinator:
*Prior experience with ordering parts and inventory preferred.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
*Good working knowledge of QuickBooks required.
*Detailed oriented and highly organized.
*Excellent verbal and written skills.
*Ability to multitask
*Ability to lift 50lbs
The Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator position offers a base salary range of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and a benefits package that includes: Health, Dental, Vision, matching 401(k), and PTO.
