Overview:
We are seeking a Part Time skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Part Time Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Duties:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, updating general ledgers, and reconciling bank statements
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial data efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in using accounting software, QuickBooks, Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Accounting Background Preferred
